GST INFORMATION

Please keep in mind that we show GST as a separate figure in our pricing, because most of our clients are able to claim it back.

Please also remember that GST applies to Freight charges as well.

DELIVERY TIMES and CHARGES

We pride ourselves on being very prompt with deliveries: orders are always processed
within 24 hours of receipt and providing the items are in stock and satisfactory payment terms have been agreed, we also dispatch within twenty-four hours.

Arrival of goods with you after that will depend on your location.

As a guide, delivery to any major cities rarely takes more than 72 hours.

Outback locations will depend on the freight service in the area.

IF YOUR NEED IS EXTRA URGENT FOR THE ITEM, PLEASE WRITE THAT ON THE ORDER, (feel free to 'phone us to check that we can meet your deadline)

It has never been our policy to make a profit on freight: we charge you what we're charged and we try to obtain the best rates we can.

If you already have your own freight account with a carrier, please feel free to instruct us to book it with them.

You may also have access to cheap freight on GOVERNMENT CONTRACT, if you're a government body: it's worth checking as it's always cheaper that way and generally includes insurance.

PLEASE NOTE:
IT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO CHECK CAREFULLY THE CONDITION OF ANY GOODS DELIVERED BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM!

If the delivery person won't wait while you check, then mark the docket you're signing "Received Condition Unchecked" and cross out the printed bit that says "In good condition".
.

PAYMENT TERMS and CONDITIONS

In order to maintain what we believe is very competitive pricing, it is essential that we be paid within 14 days of your receipt of the goods or our invoice, whichever is the later.
If you foresee any difficulties with this, please phone us and we will make special arrangements for you. Unless such arrangement has been made, accounts that go over the 14 day payment term may accrue extra charges.

We can make arrangements for payment by Direct Deposit to our bank account:
please phone or fax us if you wish to use this method.

The foregoing credit facility applies only to Government and Corporate purchasers
(this includes educational facilities, churches, hospitals, prisons. If you're not sure whether
you fall into these groups, please call us.)

All 'private' customers will need either to send a cheque with their order or to make a
Direct Deposit or funds transfer to us, prior to dispatch of goods: again, please feel free to check with us on this point.

WE'RE ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS, SO THAT YOU GET EXACTLY THE GOODS YOU NEED!
.

CONDITIONS of ORDERING

You can place your order with us by Fax or by Mail.

Please feel free to 'phone us and check any details before sending your order.

Please be sure to check you're ordering exctly what you want.
Once goods have been dispatched to your order, they are not returnable except under warranty.
If you order the 'wrong' item, we can't always get our suppliers to take it back!
(Especially if the carton's been opened!) Even when we can arrange a return of non-faulty goods, please be aware that you will be charged a 're-warehousing charge' as well as freight. Re-warehousing goods involves a lot of time and therefore, cost.

Most of our clients have their own Order Forms. If you don't have such a form,
we offer one which you can use by going to "BLANK ORDER FORM' above.

Orders must contain at least the following:

- Name of organisation
- Name of person signing/authorising order.
- An order number or the name of the person ordering, printed.
- Clear delivery address (Not a Post Office Box!).
- Address for Invoice to be sent if different from Delivery Address.
- Contact name, telephone and fax numbers, in case we have any queries.
- ABN (if applicable).
- Description of goods, (size, model No. etc), price and quantity.
.
